The Private Secretary
The Private Secretary is head of the Office of the Queen and is responsible for all State Business within the Royal Palace. The Office's duties include maintaining all the Queen’s official correspondences, communicates with members of the public, organizes the Queen’s official program at home and overseas, and liaise with the Ministries of Genovia as well as with the Households of other members of the Royal Family. The Chief Private Secretary oversees the Private Secretary’s Office which is divided into several other Offices, each headed by a Secretary.
The Press Office is the main link between HM the Queen and Royal Family and
the world's journalists and broadcasters. The Press Office maintains the
Royal website and blog, and handles information enquiries from the general
public.
The Royal Travel Office organizes and co-ordinates all Royal travel by motor-carriage,
air, and sea, and organizes and co-ordinates all Royal visits.
The Correspondence and Anniversaries Office handles the incoming mail from the
general public, and also deals with congratulatory messages sent by the Queen to members of the public for special birthdays, anniversaries, and other important occasions.
